This week Year 2 went to Southend to carry out fieldwork to answer a geographical question: Is the seaside a good place to visit? The children observed the activities that take place at the seaside and collected data. They also observed the cleanliness, air quality and noise levels.
Although the weather was not on our side, the children had a fabulous time and consolidated their learning about features of a seaside.
